A Better Way to Secure Carseats
Senior Design Students 'Main Squeeze' to Aid Installation
Mechanical engineering majors David Apple, Eric Park and Jennifer Parker
designed and assembled the Main Squeeze tool as a senior project during
the past school year.
Their goal was to develop a way to make it easier for parents to apply
the 200 pounds of pressure needed to secure child safety seats. They recently
sat down to explain and demonstrate this device.
